摘要 国家305项目在科技管理实践中,创造性运用现代激励理论与方法,坚持以人本原理导向,追求管理人性化与制度化之间的动态平衡,通过科学设计并实施包括竞争、约束机制在内的广义激励机制,优化组合科技资源,充分发挥物资激励与精神激励的双重驱动作用,高质量、高水平地实现了预期的科技攻关目标,具有借鉴意义。 : In the technological management practice of national project 305, the modern theories and methods of motivation are creatively used; the humanistic principles and the dynamic balance between humanity and institutionalization have been insisted on. Scientific and technological resources have been optimized by the scientifically designed and enforced generalized motivation mechanism, including competition and constraint mechanism. The expected scientific object has been greatly achieved by developing sufficiently the material and spiritual motivation. Others can borrow ideas from it.
