摘要
长期以来,针对编组站综合自动化项目的价值,一部分观点认为其优点在于其高水平的自动化作业表现,即减少操作人员数量及各岗位操作次数,从而提高人均作业效率;另一部分观点则认为其优点在于高适应性的作业组织表现,即通过提高各环节信息共享及自动化水平,辅助各岗位操作人员更快更准确地做出决策,以提高作业连贯性,进而促进整体作业效率的提高。本文根据多年编组站自动化的工作实践,对编组站综合自动化系统所对应的模型进行理论分析,剖析自动化系统作业效率和自动化率的特点及其关系,提出了一种平衡作业效率和自动化率的方法。
Form long time,in view of the value of the Synthetic Automatic system of Marshalling Yards,some acknowledged the advantage of the system with automatic performance which can reduce manpower and workload.While others hold the advantage of the system with highly adaptive operation which can assist the operators in making rapid and accurate decision and enhance the consistency of operations and facilitate improving the efficiency of overall operation through data sharing and higher level of automation.We try to make a theoretical analysis of the model of the system based on years of practice in term of rate of automatic performance and efficiency,and put forward a method of balancing rate of automatic performance and efficiency.
