九味茶对代谢综合征高危人群胰岛功能影响的研究

Effect of Jiuwei Tea on islet function in high-risk population of metabolic syndrome

目的:探讨九味茶联合饮食行为疗法对代谢综合征高危人群胰岛功能的影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例代谢综合征高危人群患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用低热量饮食及中强度运动训练疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合自拟九味茶治疗,两组均以6周为1个疗程,疗程结束后统计疗效。结果:两组治疗后体质量、BMI、FBG、TG及HOMA-IR等指标与治疗前比较,均有不同程度的改善,且治疗组在体质量、BMI、FBG及HOMA-IR方面,与对照组相比改善更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:九味茶联合饮食及运动疗法在控制代谢综合征高危人群的胰岛功能方面疗效满意。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Jiuwei Tea combined with diet and exercise therapy on islet function in the high-risk population of metabolic syndrome. Methods： A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for the high-risk population of metabolic syndrome were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received low-calorie diet and moderate-intensity exercise training,and the treatment group received self-made Jiuwei Tea in addition to the treatment for the control group. Each course of treatment was 6 weeks for both groups. The treatment outcomes of both groups were statistically analyzed after treatment. Results： After treatment,both groups showed varying degrees of improvements in body weight,body mass index（ BMI）,fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,triglyceride,and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance（ HOMA-IR）,but the treatment group had significantly more improvements in body weight,BMI,FBG,and HOMA-IR compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jiuwei Tea combined with diet and exercise therapy has satisfactory efficacy in control of islet function in the high-risk population of metabolic syndrome.
