摘要
在轨道车辆产品制造业中,将各种零部件装配成整车的过程,需要很多种不同类型的联接,比如焊接、螺栓联接和粘胶联接等。其中螺栓联接是最重要的联接方法之一。由于螺栓联接可以获得很高的联接强度,又便于装拆,具有互换性,通过标准化实现了大批量生产,成本低而且价格便宜,经常被应用到牵引装置、制动控制装置和风源装置等重要位置的装配中。故螺栓的拧紧质量直接影响到轨道车辆产品的安全性和可靠性。论文在阐述机车制造型企业装配过程质量控制的基础上,就其如何实施装配过程螺栓拧紧方法,笔者提出了几点看法和建议。
In the manufacturing industry of the products of rolling stocks, there are various couplings and connections during the assembly process from components into complete vehicles, such as welding, bolt connection and adhesions, etc. of which, the bolt connection is one of the most important connection methods. Since the bolt connection can realize the advantages of high strength, convenient mounting and dis- mounting, interchangeability, mass production through standardization and low cost with cheap price, it is always applied in the assembly of important devices, like traction device, brake control device and the air source device. Hence the quality of bolt tightening influents directly the safety and the reliability of products of rolling stocks. This essay describes several opinions and suggestions on how to implement the bolt tightening during assembly process on the basis of quality control of locomotive manufacturing enterprises.
