摘要
论文以发动机装配线生产效率提升为实例,使用聚合思维分析问题起因,运用逆向思维在问题解决受阻的情况下另辟蹊径,成功找到最终的问题解决方法。通过具体案例分析,说明这种创新的思维方式在效率提升等问题解决攻关中的重要应用。
This paper, with the improvement of production efficiency in engine assembly line as an example, introduces the method of using convergent thinking analysis the cause of the problem, and the successful way to find the ultimate solution by reverse thinking while problem solving is blocked. Through the analysis of specific arrangements, illustrating that the innovative thinking way is a very important application of solving the problems in efficiency improvement.
