摘要
论文以单片机AT89S51作为主控制器超声波测距仪的基本原理。分析测量的误差原因,找出其主要误差原因—温度,设计了基于温度传感器AD590检测环境温度的电路,对超声波的传播速度进行温度补偿,设计了温度采集与补偿的思路,提高了测量的精度。通过实验证明温度补偿电路设计,误差大大减小,误差一般在毫米级,最多也控制在厘米级,测量精度得以大大提高,完全满足测量要求。
This paper introduces a AT89S51 single-chip microcomputer as the main controller of the basic principle of the ultrasonic range finder. Measurement error analysis of reasons, to find out the main reasons of error is put forward to design the circuit of temperature, the temperature sensor AD590 detection based on environmental temperature, temperature compensation for the ultrasonic propagation speed, temperature acquisition andcompensation design idea, improves the precision of measurement. It is proved by experiments that the tempera- ture compensation circuit design, error is greatly reduced, errorin the mm level, most also control at the centimeter level, measurement accu- racy can begreatly improved, fully meet the requirements of measurement.
