我国村级集体经济组织股权结构及其影响的实证研究——基于北京市村级层面的经验证据

Empirical Study on the Ownership Structure of Collective Economic Organization Based on the Practice in Suberban Beijing

我国农村集体经济组织产权制度改革既取得了巨大成绩,在实践中也面临着许多问题。本文以北京市2013年村级层面的数据,对农村集体经济组织股权结构和农民收入、集体经济效益之间的关系进行了计量分析。数据分析结果表明:集体经济组织的股权结构对农民收入和集体经济效益有显著影响,其中,集体股比例产生负面效应,集体股比例越高,集体总收入和农民收入越低;引入外来投资者对集体净资产有显著为正的影响;而股权分散程度则没有显著影响。

The reform of property right system of collective economic organization in rural areas of China has made enormous achievements in recent years,while faced with lots of problems in practice at the same time. Based on the village-level data of Beijing in the year of 2013,we empirically explore the relationship between the ownership structure of collective economic organization in village, the income of farmers and the benefits of collective economy. The result indicates that the ownership structure of collective economic organization has significant influence on the income of farmers as well as on the benefits of collective economics. More specifically,on one hand,the percentage of collective equity has a negative effect on others variants,which means that the higher percentage taken up by collective shares,the lower total income and farmer＇s income are. On the other hand,introducing foreign investors has a strong positive influence on collective net asset, yet the degree of equity dispersion has no significant influence.
