略论艺术教育与中医药院校创新人才的培养

Art education and cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine

中医药院校作为国家培养高水平中医人才的重要阵地,应顺应社会和时代对人才的要求,重视提升大学生创新精神和创新能力。通过对艺术教育在中医药院校创新人才培养中所起作用的梳理以及中医药院校开展艺术教育存在的主要问题所进行的初步探索,从5个方面提出在中医药院校创新人才培养过程中实施艺术教育的路径。

Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine play an importantrole in training of high-levelprofessionals of Chinese medicine. They should conform to new requirements of the society for talents and payattention to training students＇ innovation spirit and ability. This paper explores the role of art education in nurturingcreative talents of traditional Chinese medicine. Main problems existing in art education are also discussed. Fivesuggestions are put forward on how to implement art education in the process of innovative talents training intraditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
