摘要
小企业应当选择进入那些能够发挥小规模优势的产业领域。在消费品产业、分工协作型产业、新兴产业、服务业、传统手工业及衰退型产业等领域内,小企业具有相对大企业的竞争优势,因而是小企业产业定位的主要方向。由于市场定位小企业具有盲目性,所以要实现小企业产业合理分布,不能仅仅依靠市场力量定位,还需要政府力量参与调节。政府通过构筑一套包括财政、金融、产业发展计划等政策在内的政策体系可以较好地提高小企业产业分布效率。
: In some industry fields, such as consumption industry, specialization industry, new industry, service industries, traditional handicraft industry and declining industry, small businesses have their competitive advantages compared with big businesses. Consequently, these fields should be the main positioning directions of small businesses. Because the market may position small businesses blindly, in order to achieve the rational distribution of industries of small businesses, not only market strength but also government strength is needed to position the industries of small businesses. Governments can improve industry distribution efficiency of small businesses by setting up policy system, including fiscal policies, monetary policies, etc.
