髋关节置换术后假体周围囊肿形成5例

摘要 病例1,女,59岁,2000年因左股骨颈骨折行生物型全髋置换术,术后功能良好。2009年4月出现左下腹痛并牵涉到腹股沟区,B超显示盆腔左侧囊性包块80mm×70mm×50mm,诊断为左侧卵巢囊肿。行手术切除,术中见囊肿位于髂腰肌深面经腹股沟韧带后方向左侧髋关节延伸,沿髂腰肌深面达髋关节前内侧与关节囊相通。完整切除囊肿后,见髋臼金属假体,内含陈旧血性液体。病理检查为假体滑膜囊肿,囊壁为纤维结缔组织,
