摘要
脐尿管癌是泌尿系统罕见的一种恶性肿瘤,起病隐匿,以手术治疗为主,术后易复发转移,放化疗效果差,预后不良,本文对脐尿管的诊断治疗进展作一综述。
Urachal carcinoma is a rare and malignant tumor with insidious onset. The treatment mainly depends on surgery. However, ifs not sensitive to chemotherapy or radiotherapy and tends to be found recurrence or metastasis after surgery. Thus, it may be associated with poor prognosis. In this paper, we will review the progresses in diagnosis and treatment of urachal carcinoma.
