异基因造血干细胞移植治疗EBV相关噬血细胞综合征一例报告并文献复习 被引量：3

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for Epstein-Barr virus associated hemophagocytic syndrome： a case report and literatures review

摘要 噬血细胞综合征（HPS）又称噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（hemophagocytic lymphohistocytosis，HLH），是一种由遗传性或获得性免疫调节异常导致的过度炎症反应综合征。EBV感染是继发HLH最主要的诱因。以依托泊苷、环孢素和地塞米松为主的HLH-2004方案改善了EBV相关HLH的疗效，但仍有部分病例难治／复发，目前尚缺乏确切有效的标准二线治疗方案。我们报告1例异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）治疗EBv相关HLH患者，并进行相关文献复习。
