产前诊断胎儿中枢神经系统异常的研究进展

产前诊断胎儿中枢神经系统异常大多通过观测胎儿中枢神经系统结构进行诊断,并不能确定其功能是否正常。因此,具有诊断意义的观测指标成为目前的研究热点。一些诊断新方法的涌现也为此提供了思路,使产前预测胎儿中枢神经系统异常的预后成为可能。本文对产前诊断胎儿中枢神经系统异常的研究进展进行综述。

Most methods of prenatal diagnosis for fetal central nervous system（CNS）just observe the fetal CNS structure without function diagnosis.So find out the meaningful observation indexes in antenatal examination is a research point for several years.Some methods provide new ideas for prenatal diagnosis,and make it possible to prenatal predict the fetal CNS abnormalities.The research processes of fetal CNS abnormalities prenatal diagnosis were reviewed in this paper.
