白内障术后角膜内皮炎12例分析

Clincal analysis on 12 patients with corneal endotheliitis after cataract surgery

目的探讨对白内障术后发生角膜内皮炎的及时诊断及治疗方法。方法通对2010年2月至2014年3月在江西省人民医院及南昌大学附属眼科医院就诊的12例（12只眼）白内障术后发生角膜内皮炎的患者进行分类，根据病情建立个体化治疗方案，采用抗病毒药物及局部或同时合并全身应用皮质激素治疗及降眼压等对症治疗。观察疗效并进行随访。结果全部病人均获得较好疗效，随访3～4个月，未见复发。结论白内障术后角膜内皮炎可能与手术导致自身免疫和病毒感染有关，使用足量皮质类固醇、抗病毒治疗及对症降眼压处理，可以获得良好地治疗效果。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and therapy of corneal endotheliitis after cataract surgery. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases （12 eyes） subjected to corneal endotheliitis after sur- gery were retrospectively analyzed including clinical manifestation. All the patients were treated with antiviral drugs, and administration of local or systemic corticosteroids and IOP-lowering medication. Then the efficacy was observed. Results Twelve patients （12 eyes） were cured and no reoccurred with follow up period of 3-4 months. Conclusions Corneal endotheliitis after cataract surgery is a kind of ocular syndrome with operation＇s case with autoilmllunity and virus infection. The full corti- costeroids antiviral and IOP-lowering medication can make patients get favorable curative effect.
