飞秒激光角膜内皮移植并超声乳化人工品状体植入术一例

摘要 患者女，75岁。因“右眼视物不清伴反复异物感1年”于2013年10月11日于我院就诊。眼部检查：右眼矫正视力0．2，左眼矫正视力0．25。右眼上方角膜透明，瞳孔区下方3mm×3mm区域内白色混浊，见角膜上皮大疱，对应角膜基质层水肿，后弹力层皱摺，未见KP。瞳孔圆，直径3mm，对光反应存在。双眼晶状体混浊，后节不清。角膜内皮细胞计数右眼450个／mm2，左眼1349个/mm2。入院诊断：①角膜内皮细胞失代偿（右）；②Fuch角膜内皮营养不良（右）；③老年性白内障（双）（图1）。为提高视力，须手术治疗。因为洽有新鲜角膜材料,遂于2013年10月11日收入院当日即行右眼超声乳化白内障吸除联合后房折叠人工晶状体植入术＋角膜内皮移植术。
