高校电子文件归档管理情况分析及对策

随着社会信息网络技术的不断向前发展,计算机网络技术也被广泛运用到高校的教育活动中,相应的高校各个部门产生了大量的电子文件,而对电子文件进行归档管理就成为高校管理活动的重要内容之一。电子文件归档管理水平的高低直接关系到高校的可持续发展。但是从高校电子文件归档管理情况来看,效果不容乐观,还存在着诸多问题亟待解决。本文对高校电子文件归档管理现状进行阐述与分析,并对存在的问题提出合理性建议,以提高管理水平,促进高校档案工作健康稳定发展。

with the continuous development of society of information and network technology,computer network technology has been widely applied to the University of education, university departments corresponding produced a large number of electronic documents, and file management of electronic documents has become one of the important content of the university management activities. Archive management of electronic documents is directly related to the sustainable development of colleges and universities. But from the situation of electronic file management in Colleges and universities, management effect is not optimistic, management still exist many problems to be solved urgently. This paper will describe and analyze the current situation of electronic file management in Colleges and universities, and put forward some reasonable suggestions aiming at the existing problems, so as to improve the management level, to promote the healthy and stable development of University archives.
