摘要
客户关系管理是当前的研究热点。由于国内企业发展的特殊轨迹,在此方面的研究和应用明显落后于国外。针对这种情况,本文分析客户关系管理的内涵及其意义的基础上,详细阐述了中国加强这一领域研究与应用的重要性和紧迫性,并探索了国内研究的具体方向。
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a focus of management research today. However, the research and application work on CRM in China falls behind that of foreign countries, due to the special orbit of enterprise development in China. Based on the discussion of definition and advantage of CRM, the authors analyze the importance and emergency for China to strengthen and implement the research and application work of this field. Additionally, several future CRM research directions for China are explored.
