Service innovation in China's manufacturing industry has begun. What phase are we in at the present stage? Where are we heading to? And how are we going to get there? To answer these questions, China Machinery Industry Federation and Deloitte co-published a report called Endless Innovation: 2014 Report on Service Innovation in China's Manufacturing Industry based on questionnaires, corporate interviews and second-hand information study. We've boiled the report down to its essence, and we'd like to share it with you.
