以乌鲁木齐市外环快速路为例,研究城市高架桥下交叉口的交通特征,总结设计优化方案与改善措施,以达到提高通行效率,保障交通安全的目的。

Taking the intersection construction of East Nanhu Road in Urumqi Outer Ring Expressway as an example, the article studies the traffic feature of intersection under urban elevated bridge, and sums up the design optimization scheme and improvement measures in order to achieve the improvement of traffic efficiency and ensure the objective of traffic safety.
