摘要
基于影响混凝土碳化深度的各类因素,提出了混凝土桥梁的碳化时变随机模型。现以混凝土碳化深度达到钢筋表面这一状态作为结构的耐久性失效的极限状态,建立混凝土桥梁碳化程度时变可靠度分析及剩余寿命预测模型,并现以福建一座服役中混凝土桥梁为例,进行碳化可靠度分析和剩余寿命评估。该方法得到的结论对实际桥梁的耐久性评价和桥梁日常维护决策提供了依据。
Based on various factors of influencing the concrete carbonation depth, the article puts forward the carbonation time-varying random model of concrete bridge. The analysis and forecast model of concrete carbonation degree time-varying reliability and surplus service life is established by taking the carbonation depth of concrete to reach this state of steel surface as the limit state of structural durability failure. Through an example of a concrete bridge under the service in Fujian, the article analyzes the carbonation reliability and estimates the surplus service life. The conclusion can be referred for the estimation of bridge durability and the decision making of bridge routine maintenance.
