介绍定量自动装车系统的结构、工作原理和称量技术指标,分析采用分离控制衡器和集成控制衡器完成对装车系统计量性能检测的方法,指出在日常工作中如何通过静态衡器核查和自带砝码校准控制装车系统称量的准确性。
The paper introduces the structure, operating principle and technical weighing indicators for the automatic ration loading system. It analyses the approaches to complete the measurement performance test on the loading system with a separated control instrument and an integrated control instrument,stating how to control the weighing accuracy in the loading system via static weight instrument inspection and BYO（Bring Your Own）weights calibration.
