Mosquito species density investigation of the naval garrison in Xisha

摘要 目的了解海军驻西沙部队营区蚊虫种群构成、密度情况,为有效控制蚊虫提供科学依据。方法采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯全夜诱捕法及人帐诱法。结果共捕获成蚊992只,分为3属3种,其中致倦库蚊占98.29%,白纹伊蚊占0.50%,骚扰阿蚊占1.21%,致倦库蚊为西沙部队营区周边优势蚊种。18:00~20:00和05:00~07:00是蚊虫活动的两个高峰。骚扰阿蚊是本次调查在永兴岛新发现的已知蚊种。结论基本摸清了海军驻西沙部队营区及其周边环境蚊虫种类构成与密度情况,为今后开展有效的蚊虫防制提供了参考。 Objective To know the species composition of mosquito and their density in a battalion of the naval military base in Xisha for mosquito control effectively. Methods CO2 trapping lamp method and mosquito net trapping method were used. Results Catch 992 mosquitoes in total,divided into 3 species of 3 genera including culex fatigans( 98. 29%),aedes albopictus( 0. 50%) and armigeres subalbatus( 1. 21%). Culex fatigans is the main species in a battalion of the naval military base in Xisha. 18: 00-20: 00 and 05: 00 to 07:00 are 2 peaks for mosquito activity. Armigeres subalbatus was newly discovered known species on Yongxing island. Conclusions The species composition of mosquito and their density in a battalion of the naval military base in Xisha were attained,provided scientific evidence for mosquito control in the future.
