摘要
目的监测芒市的碘盐质量,分析碘缺乏病防治措施。方法在被抽取监测点随机采集居民食盐样本,用直接滴定法测定食盐碘含量。结果 2004-2013年检测居民食盐样本2 904份,合格2 844份,查出非碘盐9份,年均碘盐中位数32.76 mg/kg;碘盐覆盖率99.69%,碘盐合格率98.24%,合格碘盐食用率97.93%。结论芒市居民食用碘盐质量符合国家标准,为巩固碘缺乏病防治成果起到了保障作用。
Objective To monitor the quality of iodized salt in Mang city,and to evaluate the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods To collect residents salt samples randomly in monitoring points,by using the direct titration method to determine the content of iodized salt. Results Among 2904 subjects selected in 2004-2013,2844 subjects which were qualified,tested 9 non iodized salt,annual median of iodized salt32. 76 mg / Kg,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99. 69%,qualification rate of iodized salt was98. 24%,and qualified iodine salt edible was 97. 93% respectively. Conclusions The quality of consumption of iodized salt in Mang city was in line with national standards,it played a role in safeguarding the results of disease prevention and control of iodine deficiency
