一起蜡样芽孢杆菌引起食物中毒的调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的查清一起家庭式食物中毒的原因,分析家庭食物中毒的特点及其规律,为该类食物中毒的预防控制和处理提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学、卫生学调查方法,同时采集相关样品送实验室检测。结果该家庭7口人,进食隔夜米粉5人均发生食物中毒,其余2人不食不发病。主要临床表现为恶心、剧烈呕吐、腹痛、腹泻,呕吐物为进食物,排水样便、无浓球及血便,伴有头晕与乏力。所有患者在当天早餐均进食置冰箱保存的隔夜米粉,样品剩余隔夜米粉与5份患者呕吐物蜡样芽孢杆菌检测呈阳性,5份患者血清凝集抗体滴度增长大于8倍。结论此次事件是进食了未经彻底加热的隔夜米粉引起的蜡样芽孢杆菌食物中毒。应加强食物中毒知识的宣传,提高居民卫生防范意识,隔夜食物进食前必须彻底加热是预防该类食物中毒的关键。
