飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后泪膜的变化与年龄相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后泪膜的变化与年龄的相关性。方法收集2013年8月至9月于我院行飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术并随访3个月的患者120例(240眼),将其按年龄分为三组,组A年龄为18~30岁,45例(90眼),组B年龄为31~40岁,43例(86眼),组C年龄为41~48岁,32(64眼)。观察三组术前、术后1周、1个月、2个月和3个月患者的干眼症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(tear break-up time,BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer I test,S I t)、角膜荧光素染色(corneal fluorescence stain,FL)评分的变化。结果干眼症状评分:三组术后1周、1个月、2个月相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),三组术后3个月相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。BUT:三组术后1周、1个月、2个月、3个月相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。SchirmerⅠ试验:三组术后1周、1个月、2个月相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),术后3个月相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。荧光素染色评分:三组术后1周、1个月、2个月、3个月相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后随着年龄的增长,干眼症状逐渐加重。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the relativity between age and tear film after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) with corneal flap created by femtosecond laser. METHODS The 120 myopic patients(240 eyes) underwent femtosecond laser surgery from August to September 2013. They were divided into three groups,group A was from 18 to 30 years old,45 cases(90 eyes); group B was from 31 to 40 years old,43 cases(86 eyes); group C was from 41 to 48 years old,32 cases(64 eyes). Dry eye symptom score,tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer Ⅰ test,corneal fluorescein staining were recorded preoperatively and postoperatively in the first week,the first month,thesecond month and the third month. RESULTS Dry eye symptom score:There existed obvious difference(P〈0.05) in the first week,the first month and the second month. While no such obvious difference(P〉0.05) ex-isted in the third month in the three groups. BUT: There existed obvious difference(P〈0.05) in the first week,the first month,the second month and the third month among the three groups. Schirmer Ⅰ test:There existed obvious difference(P〈0.05) in the first week,the first month and the second month among the three groups. No such obvious difference(P〉0.05) existed in the third month among the three groups. Corneal fluorescein staining :There existed obvious difference(P〈0.05) in the first week,the first month,the second month and the third month among the three groups. CONCLUSIONS As the growth of the age,dry eye gradually become serious after femtosecond laser surgery.
