滋阴补肾法治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Ziyin Bushen Decoction on dry eye with liver and kidney yin deficiency

目的观察滋阴补肾方治疗干眼的临床疗效。方法将水样液缺乏的肝肾阴虚型干眼患者64例随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例)。对照组给予0.1%右旋糖酐羟丙甲纤维素滴眼液,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上再给予滋阴补肾方口服。观察治疗前和治疗后1个月患者自觉症状、泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)的变化。结果 2组连续用药1个月后,BUT、SIt、FL评分好于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义。治疗组各项指标变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.96%,对照组总有效率68.75%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴补肾法在改善肝肾阴虚型干眼患者的自觉症状,促进泪液分泌,延长泪膜破裂时间方面,疗效较单纯局部使用人工泪液更确切。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Ziyin Bushen Decoction in the treatment of dry eye with liver and kidney yin deficiency. METHODS Sixty-four patients with aqueous tear deficiency type xerophthalmia with liver and kidney yin deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group（32 cases） and the control group（32 cases）. The treatment group was administered with Ziyin Bushen Decoction and 0.1% Dextran and Hypromellose Eye Drops,while the control group was given 0.1% Dextran and Hypromellose Eye Drops. Subjective self-conscious symptom,Schirmer I test（SIt）,tear film break-up time（BUT） and fluorescin staining（FL）were recorded before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. RESULTS After treatment for one month,there were significant statistical differences for the break-up time,Schirmer I test and corneal fluorescein staining in both groups when compared before treatment（P〈0.05）. Each index change was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05） The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.96%,while the control group was 68.75%. And significant difference was found in two groups（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Ziyin Bushen Decoction in treating dry eye with liver and kidney yin deficiency could relieve dry eye symptom,which promoted tear production,prolonged tear film break-up time,and obtained remarkable effects.
