除风益损汤治疗LASEK术后干眼的临床观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察除风益损汤对准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)后干眼的治疗效果。方法准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术后干眼患者60例(120只眼)随机分为2组,对照组局部点0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液(爱丽),治疗组在此基础上加用中药除风益损汤治疗,记录治疗前、后自觉干眼症状、角膜荧光素钠染色、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验等变化。结果治疗1个月,治疗组自觉干眼症状较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),BUT延长明显(P<0.05),SIT明显增长(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为90.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论除风益损汤治疗准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术后干眼有较好疗效。 OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Chufeng Yisun Decoction in the treatment of dry eye after excimer laser epithelial keratomileusis(LASEK). METHODS Sixty(120 eyes) dry eye patients after LASEK were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group dropped with 0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops(aili). The treatment group added on the basis of eye drops with Chufeng Yisun Decoction. Recorded before and after the treat-ment self-consciously symptoms of dry eye,corneal sodium fluorescein staining,tear film breakup time,Schirmer testand other changes. RESULTS After 1 month of therapy,the treatment group consciousness of dry eye symptoms significantly improved than control group(P〈0.05),The BUT significantly longer(P〈0.05),The SITsignificantly increased(P〈0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.7%,while the control group was90%. It had a very significant difference(P〈0.05) between the treatment group and the control group. CONCLUSIONS Chufeng Yisun Decoction in the treatment of dry eye after LASEK had a better curative effect.
