摘要
本文根据企业技术创新的特点，提出了企业技术创新系统的概念，在分析系统要素的环境、输入与输出、结构与功能的基础上，指出用系统的观点认识企业技术创新的重要性及应注意的几个问题。
： According to the characteristics of enterprise technology innovation， the paper puts forward the concept of enterprise technological innovation system． On the basis of analyzing element and environment， input and output， structure and function， the paper indicates that it is important to understand enterprise technological innovation from systematic viewpoint， and raises a few questions to which we should pay attention．
