论产学研联合技术创新风险承担的合理性

On the Rationality of Risk－taking Mechanism Concerning the Technological Innovation of the Tripartite Complexes of Production， Teaching and Research

本文认为风险承担不够合理是目前制约产学研联合技术创新发展的重要问题，并结合调查对该问题进行了认识、能力、制度和支持等方面的分析，提出了相应的解决办法。

： The author in this article points out that the irrationality of risk－taking mechanism is a major factor which restricts the development of technological innovation of the tripartite complexes of production， teaching and research． On the basis of the investigation， the author analyzes the understanding， the mechanism and the prerequisite and other aspects， then puts forward the matching solutions to the irrationality of risk－taking mechanism．
