摘要
对于舰载设备而言,高湿热的工作环境要求其具有密封结构,同时良好的散热性能是保证电子设备安全可靠工作的重要条件,散热是电子设备设计中必须考虑的问题。本文应用专业热仿真软件Flotherm对某舰载设备机箱进行散热设计,定量分析了设备在特定温度下的散热特性。
Sealing performance is very important to the shipboard electronic equipments working in the high-humidity, high-temperature and saline-fog environment. Besides, to ensure the security of electronic equipments when they are working, efficient heat dissipation is also needed. This paper introduces a fully sealed case of electronic equipment which designed by the Flotherm thermal simulation method and study the thermal properties of the case quantitatively at a specific temperature.
