摘要
瓷贴面由于美观,颜色逼真,备牙量小、对牙齿损伤小等优点,逐渐得到众多医生及患者的认可。然而,瓷贴面、粘接剂与牙体成为粘接复合体,依赖于良好的粘接力。另外,由于牙体组织表面性状的多样性,产生了不同的处理方法。本文就牙齿表面性状对瓷贴面粘接力的影响因素作一综述,为临床在瓷贴面修复过程中,对牙体组织的处理提供参考依据。
Porcelain laminate veneers are applicated widely for its advantages in esthetic and mini-invasion.However,the success of the bond veneer complex depends on the adhesive strength.Additional,due to variety of tooth surface,treatment of the tooth were different.This paper reviewed the tooth surface character impacts on porcelain veneer adhesion strength,in order to provide references for clinic applications.
