摘要
本文研究了网上交易中交易成本的变化。首先介绍了当交易形式从原来的实体市场转为电子商务市场时可能导致的交易成本的变化,接着区分了协调成本和激励成本的影响,认为B2B电子商务能减少协调成本并提高效率,同时也影响激励成本。以美国的一家B2B电子商务公司为研究对象,重点分析了协调成本中的过程成本。本文认为B2B电子商务所导致的过程改善的影响是很大的。
: In this paper, we study the changes of transaction costs in Internet transactions between firms (i.e., business-to-business e-commerce). We begin with a conceptual framework to organize the changes in transaction costs that are likely to take place when a transaction is transferred from a physical marketplace to an Internet-based one; then we argue that that B2B e-commerce can reduce coordination costs, increase efficiency, and influence motivation costs. We mainly analyze the effect of the process cost of the coordination costs by an example of a B2B e-commerce company in the Unite State. The analytic result shows that process improvement caused by B2B e-commerce is very influential.
