三种不同材质的嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙的微渗漏对比研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:采用不同材质嵌体冠对离体短冠磨牙进行修复,通过对比观察微渗漏情况,评估临床修复效果。方法:离体短冠磨牙根管治疗后利用髓室固位制作嵌体冠,分为钴铬合金冠,钴铬合金烤瓷冠,贵金属冠(金钯合金)3组,所有样本浸泡于印度墨水中3周,然后沿近远中向纵行剖开,在体视显微镜下观测微渗漏情况。结果:贵金属冠组微渗漏值小于其它两组,其它两组间无区别。结论:贵金属冠修复在减少微渗漏方面有一定优势。 Objective:To evaluate the restoration effect of inlay-crown with three different materials on the recently extracted molars measured by the degree of microleakage. Method:Three groups of short coronal molars with pulp chamber retention were made after root canal therapy using cobalt-chromium alloy cast crowns,cobalt-chromium alloy ceramics crowns and cast precious metal crowns(gold-palladium alloy) respectively. All above samples were sectioned longitudinally after being immersed in India ink for three weeks.The microleakages were observed using a stereomicroscope. Result:The microleakages of cast precious metal crowns were less than other materials,and there was no difference between cobalt-chromium alloy cast crowns and cobalt-chromium alloy ceramics crowns. Conclusion:The cast precious metal crowns have better performance in reducing microleakages on short coronal molars.
