MTA倒充填根尖区域骨密度改变的观察与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察根管外科手术采用MTA根尖封闭后根尖病变区域骨密度改变情况。方法:根管外科手术后MTA根尖封闭治疗病例32例,术后拍摄X线牙片,并在3、6、9、12个月后复查X线片,测量根尖病变区各时段X线灰度值,观察根尖愈合情况。结果:在行MTA根尖手术后倒充填6个月,根尖病变区域出现骨再生和沉积的高峰,术后第9个月,骨再生和沉积速度迅速变缓。同时,年龄是根尖部病变骨沉积重要影响因素。结论:MTA具有良好的生物相容性,用于根尖手术后根尖封闭临床效果好。
