轴聚角与全冠固位的相关性研究

摘要 全冠的固位力主要是摩擦力和粘结力,摩擦力则与轴聚角和龈高度有关[1,2]。轴聚角在全冠固位因素中,虽不是主要的,但它对全冠的固位却不容小觑。因轴聚角是一假想角,以前仅限于理论层面研究[3]。笔者认为轴聚角的制作有不足之处,轴聚角的度数是否合理有待商榷。本研究通过数学计算,使轴聚角度数真实存在,从而更直观的分析轴聚角大小与全冠固位的相关性,为临床基牙预备提供参考。
