摘要
从金刚石钎焊质量主要评价方法和主要影响因素两方面综述了国内外金刚石钎焊技术的研究进展,并展望了未来金刚石磨粒钎焊技术的发展方向。
The state-of-the-art and achievements of brazed diamond technique were discussed from two aspects ： evaluation methods and influence factors of brazed diamond quality. The future perspectives in brazed diamond technique were studied.
