摘要
通过自主设计的真空吸铸装置制备出了A356合金丝材。控制绝对真空值为0.034 MPa,研究了充型温度对真空吸铸装置制备A356丝材长度的影响。结果表明,A356合金丝材的长度随充型温度的升高而增大;当温度达到一定值时,随着温度继续升高,丝材长度的增加幅度减小。
Vacuum suction device designed by the autonomous has prepared A356 aluminum alloy wire. The test would set absolute degree of 0.034 MPa. The filling temperature's influence on A356 wire which prepared by vacuum suction device was studied. The results show that the length of the alloy wire increases with the increase of filling temperature. When the filling temperature reaches a certain value, the increase of the length of the wire is not obvious, as the temperature rises.
