摘要
随着大功率柴油机缸盖材料要求的提高,研究蠕墨铸铁材质具有重要的意义。在现有蠕化工艺下,通过添加合金元素,提高珠光体含量,使其稳定达到60%~80%,硬度达到220 HB,同时保证蠕化率稳定控制在60%以上,从而达到提高现有铁素体型蠕墨铸铁材质硬度和刚度的目的。
With the increase of high-power diesel engine cylinder head material requirement, studying the material of vermicular graphite cast iron has important significance. Under the existing creep process, pearlite content was increased by adding alloying elements to make it stabilize at 60%-80%. The hardness was 220 HB. At the same time, vermicular graphite rate was steadily controlled in more than 60%, which achieved goal of improving hardness and stiffness of the existing ferrite vermicular cast iron.
