汽车汽缸的复合铸造工艺研究

摘要 汽车汽缸采用B390.0铝合金,常以挤压铸造技术生产。为了获得品质良好的铸件,引入了局部增压技术;并通过试验来获得较佳的局部增压铸造工艺参数。结果解决了在铸件壁较厚的热节部位易形成缺陷的问题。铸件经T6热处理,其各项性能满足要求。 B390.0 aluminium alloy was used for automotive cylinder, which was produced by squeeze casting technology generally. In order to obtain good quality castings, partial pressurization technique was led into; the process parameters of better partial pressurization casting were gotten by experiments. The results resolved the problem that the hot spots at the thick-walled position were easy to form defects. After T6 hot treatment, the castings' overall performance met requirements.
