摘要 介绍了铁型覆砂铸造工艺在曳引机机座铸件上的应用。采用半封闭式浇注系统、一箱一件的工艺方案,解析了机座铁型覆砂模具及砂芯的设计要点。通过铸造模拟软件分析铸造工艺的可行性,并指出铸件厚大部位的自补缩必须以充分供液为前提。经生产实践,该工艺砂铁比1∶6.4,出品率约88%,成品率大于97%,经济效率显著。 The sand-faced metal mound casting technology applied in motor frame casting was introduced. The technology of semi-closed gating system and one pieces per mould was applied. The design points of mold and sand core were analyzed. By using casting simulation software analyzing the feasibility of casting technology, and the self-feeding of casting's thickness pan which must be on the premise of fully liquid feeding was pointed out. The production practice shows that the sand metal ratio is 1 : 6.4, and the technological yield of the casting is 88%. The rate of finished products is higher than 970, and the economic efficiency is remarkable.
