轧制变形对体育器材用纯钛组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 对商业纯钛板材沿轧制方向进行了25%、50%变形量的冷轧,随后进行了单轴拉伸试验,研究了轧制变形对体育器材用纯钛组织和性能的影响。结果表明,轧制大大细化了晶粒,材料强度获得极大提高。然而随着轧制变形程度增大而塑性下降,这主要是由于位错运动引起的。 Commercial pure titanium plates were rolled along the rolling direction at room temperature in which deformation was 25% and 50%. And then uniaxial tensile tests were carried out. Effects of rolling deformation on microstructure and properties of pure titanium for sports equipment were researched. The results show that the grain size is greatly refined by the rolling. The strength of the material is much enhanced. However, the plasticity reduces with the rolling degree increasing, which is mainly caused by the motion of dislocation.
