高强钢冲杯试验起皱研究

摘要 板料受压失稳起皱是影响成形质量的主要缺陷之一。冲杯试验是研究板料起皱行为的主要方式之一,而目前尚无定量的方法判别或比较材料在冲杯试验中的起皱。据此,提出一种定量判定材料冲杯试验起皱行为的方法,并对多种高强钢进行了冲杯试验,对上述方法进行了有效性验证。对多种高强钢进行了起皱行为比较,获得了材料种类、强度等级与厚度对起皱行为以及临界压边力的影响规律,并对其影响原因进行了讨论。 The wrinkling of metal sheet during compression process is one of major defects of influencing the forming quality. The cupping test is one of the main methods to investigate the wrinkle behavior. And there are not any methods of quantitative judging or comparing wrinkle behavior in cupping test so far. :In view of the above, a quantitative judgment method to judge the wrinkling was proposed. And the cupping tests of a variety of high strength steel were carried out. The validity of the method was verified. The wrinkle behaviors of a variety of high strength steel were compared. The effect laws of material category, strength and thickness on the wrinkle behavior and the critical blank hold force were obtained, and the reasons were discussed.
