摘要
以5A90铝锂合金和5A06防锈铝为研究对象,进行了不同压入量下的填充式摩擦点焊试验,并对接头进行了金相观察、扫描电镜测试和能谱分析。结果表明,搭接界面处搅拌套下方区域界面清晰,而搅拌针下方区域材料相互融合并呈交替层状分布;压入量对界面金属材料流动影响较大,随着压入量增加,界面处材料融合程度增加。
The lap joints of 5A90 aluminium-lithium alloy and 5A06 antirust aluminuna alloy were welded by refill fi-iction spot welding process with a range of plunge depths. The OM, SEM and EDS tests of the wcldcd joint were carried out. The results indicate that the material of the area under the plunge tool of the joint has an obvious interface, while that under the pin mixed together and exhibited layered shape. The plunge depth is a key factor for material flow, and the mixture degree of the material in the interface increases with the increase of plunge depth.
