摘要 某型Ti-6Al-4V螺栓在成品一致性显微组织检测时,其头部边缘显微组织出现过热现象。对该产品生产过程各加工状态的显微组织进行了检测。跟踪热加工过程,分析其过热原因。结果表明:该型号螺栓头部过热是由于温镦成形时坯料与加热管直接接触造成边缘温度过高所致。这可以在加热管外加装石英管以隔离产品与加热器的接触。 The microstructure of a certain Ti-6Al-4V bolt in the edge of the head arises overheat in checking consistency of microstructure. The microstructures of each processing state of the product in production process were checked. The hot working process was tracked. The reasons for bolt overheat were analyzed. The results show that: the overheating of the bolt head is caused by too high edge temperature of the blank which directly contacts the heating pipe edge in warm upsetting. This can install quartz tube outside the heating pipe to separate contact of product and heater.
