摘要 目的:探讨早期肠内营养(EEN)支持对重症脑卒中病人营养和免疫功能的影响。方法:将82例重症脑卒中病人随机分为观察组(行EEN治疗,44例)和对照组(行常规治疗,38例)。检测两组病人治疗前和治疗后1周和2周的营养和免疫功能指标的变化,观察并发症的发生率和康复时间,并对其进行比较。结果:治疗2周后,观察组病人营养状况和免疫功能的恢复均较对照组快,并发症发生率亦低于对照组。结论:EEN可有效地改善重症脑卒中病人的营养状况和免疫功能,降低并发症的发生率。 Objective: To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on thetrophic function and immune function in severe cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods: 82 patients with severe cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups, observation group (early enteral nutrition group, 44 patients) and control group (conventional treatment group,38 patients). In both groups the nutrition indicator, the immune indicator, the complication and the recovery time were detected on admission, the 1 st week and 2ed week after admission. Results:After 2 weeks,the level of nutrition indicator and the immune indicator in observation group was significantly higher than in control group, and the incidence of complication was significantly lower than in control group. Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support is helpful for the nutritional and immune status and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with severe cerebral apoplexy.
