合并弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿和桥本甲状腺炎的桥本脑病一例 被引量：2

摘要 桥本脑病（Hashimoto’s encephalopathy）是一种以反复发作或进行性加重的意识障碍、癫痫发作、认知功能损害、精神障碍为主要临床表现的脑病。1966年首次由Brain报道了本病，并确定与血清抗甲状腺抗体增高有关，对皮质类固醇激素治疗有良好反应性。该病较为罕见，截至2013年，国内学者共报道了31例桥本脑病患者，其中男性6例，女性25例。桥本脑病临床表现多样，易被误诊及漏诊。
