乳腺癌雌、孕激素受体免疫组织化学检测中的常用抗体 被引量：4

摘要 雌激素受体（ estrogen receptor, ER）和孕激素受体（progesterone receptor，PR）是乳腺癌中重要的预后因子和预测因子。ER、PR表达水平与内分泌治疗的疗效和患者预后密切相关。正确检测和报告ER、PR状态对乳腺癌治疗方案的选择和预后判断非常重要。
