乳腺癌雌、孕激素受体免疫组织化学检测指南 被引量：205

摘要 大量研究表明雌激素受体（ER）和孕激素受体（PR）是乳腺癌中重要的预后因子和预测因子。ER、PR表达水平与内分泌治疗的疗效密切相关，ER、PR检测有助于预测患者对内分泌治疗的反应，其检测结果将直接决定治疗方案的选择。
