Value of echocardiography in diagnosis of fulminant myocarditis

摘要 重症心肌炎起病急、病情进展迅猛,早期确诊并合理治疗极其关键,能显著改善预后。本文重点讨论超声心动图在重症心肌炎的早期诊断与动态监测中的临床价值。 Summary Fulminant myocarditis presents acute onset,severe symptom and rapid progress.Early diagnosis and reasonable treatment are the key points in fulminant mocarditis.In this paper,we explore the clinical value of echocardiography in the early diagnosis and dynamic monitoring of fulminant myocarditis.
