腹膜透析患者60例颈动脉内中膜厚度的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨腹膜透析患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(carotid intima-media thickness,CIMT)的临床相关因素。方法:选择我院住院及门诊腹膜透析患者60例,超声检测其CIMT,将其按CIMT值分为两组:CIMT正常组(CIMT<1 mm)和病变组(CIMT≥1 mm),并检测β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)、血清总胆红素、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity creactive protein,hs-CRP)等临床指标,采用统计学方法分析腹膜透析患者CIMT的影响因素。结果:腹膜透析患者CIMT与β2-MG、hs-CRP、总胆固醇呈正相关(r=0.644、0.461、0.343,均P<0.05),与血清总胆红素呈负相关(r=-0.498,P<0.05),多重线性回归分析显示:β2-MG、血清总胆红素、hs-CRP是CIMT的主要影响因素。结论:腹膜透析患者中,血清总胆红素、β2-MG、hs-CRP与CIMT相关,积极对其进行检测和干预,可能有利于改善患者预后。
